"Pros: i like the key board, and touch sreen options. i wanted a touch screen that offerd both.. moves quick and if u want something sinple this is it.. i like how it keeps my meetings in scedule for me you are paying for what u get with this phone. Cons: it is very cheply made lg is a crapy company.. one bump and your phone is broken.. gps is very iliterate.. and slow got me lost alot of times.. so dont depend on that.sometimes the darn thing wont simply come on u have to wait an hour or so... Summary: bottom line if your with us cellular all there phones are crapy and this is the best they offer so u have no choice but if your not with u.s cellular dont even bother with this phone.."

"I am extremely happy I purchased this phone. I had originally wanted the LG Dare. It was discontinued when I went so the Chocolate touch had just been released. I am very glad I went with this phone. It is so far the best phone I have had when it comes to voice & sound quality, the colors on the screen are amazing. I found the texting capabilites are very easy to get use to, the screen is very responsive, even better after calobrating it. I have tried out the LG Env-Touch, the LG Versa and the LG Dare and this phone tops them all. The music player is pretty sweet too! The camera is nice too with 3.2 mega pix. it does every thing but zoom, which would be nicer! My only grip would be not being able to change those ugly menu buttons to something more simple or classy, just aggervates me and I haven't found a way to upload pics through usb like you can music. If LG would make a software update for that I would rate it the best phone ever without needing a data plan."

"I had the hero right before this phone for three weeks and i have to tell you besides the UI, this phone has that one beat in just about every thing and especially performance. I really got tired of making mistakes on that keyboard and the lag irritated me. I actually like the virtual keyboard better on this than the hero. But the physical keyboard is a night and day difference. I also had the iphone 3gs and several others and to compare but this phone just won me over. Now the UI is very basic but I am the type that likes to build and design my own UI and not what someone else already stuck in there. When 2.0 comes out and this gets it, that will be something really look forward to. I can't believe some of the reviews i read from some of the review sights???? It almost made me not get this phone. I am glad that I had to see for myself with all the great specs this phone has I couldn't just not try it. But I am glad I did and I think you will too if you have some tech smarts in you."

"I found this phone to be extremely enjoyable. The music player is nice good speaker quality. The messaging i found was a little hard the sending message screen pops up and wint let you do anything till its done this could be annoying if your texting multiple people. I haven't tried the browser but I've heared its good. The home screen isn't customizable but i can get over that. This is a really good phone touch screen slider is nice to have!!!!"

"This phone has so many features it's amazing. The calendar is great! Syncs perfectly with Outlook 2007 even if you have Outlook Connector for a "live.com" or hotamil email address. This is a great PDA. I've actually been able to replace my PDA with this phone. The "Task" feature is great, with reminders also. Voice recognition works great (the button is right on the keypad). Screen is a good size. Camera works great. Bluetooth works great with my computer (Vista). Haven't tried the music yet though. MetroPCS provides the Pocket Express incl in the plan (you have to pay extra with Blackberry plan), plus the GPS navigator including traffic info. You can add functions to your keys for items not readily accessible through the main menus on the screen (i.e. I added 'tasks' and 'Windows Live'). There's a "favorites" right on the main menu screen for contacts (if you don't want to use speed dial for example). Some people may not like that the screen always has a menu on it making the wallpaper not completely viewable (you can change the transparency of the menu screen). I don't mind it though. Don't know yet if there's a feature to have a 'clear' screen to see the entire pic. I have gone through every single menu with all it's submenus and am COMPLETELY impressed with this phone and even more so that MetroPCS is providing it. The internet is up and running immediately. Quick navigation, uploads, and downloads. It's a great replacement for a Blackberry. I actually like it better than my husband's Blackberry. The navigation key / jog wheel is amazing! The wheel goes around so you can navigate quickly through the submenus on your screen. You can also click any of the 4 directions to get to the menus you'd like and go from there. The job wheel also works great when surfing internet pages. The sync through the USB cable is completely seemless. I haven't tried Active Sync (XP) / Windows Device Center (Vista) using the Bluetooth yet. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this phone. I didn't give this phone 5 stars because nothing is perfect in this world and I just may find something one day that I don't like about this phone but it sure gets a 5 in my book so far! Get it. You'll love it!"

"I love the sophisticated look (had many comments from viewers...look out Blackberry!!). I love being able to send the same text to many recipients but I would like it to be easier to send to an individual. Somehow I am not able to add addresses or emails to my contacts or add more than one number under the same individual (I was able to do that with the Nokia 2610, why not this more expensive Samsung?). "Stepping up from a basic Nokia phone, this was a huge upgrade with features galore including phone, keyboard, larger keypad and screen etc. and much better performance. The sound quality was much better. I got this for $39.99 at Best Buy and it comes with $30 of minutes so for $10 I got a great phone. Net 10 is not a bad provider but they are not the best. E-mails and phone support is overseas and sometimes difficult to get your message across and get an answer unless you are persistent. I had T Mobile and the support was far superior. If you want a nice phone though with a no contact, no committment service, this is one is pretty good."

"I really am happy that I bought this phone. It is a great value for a prepaid phone and looks stylish when I am using it around others. I like the keyboard, makes texting so much easier. This was a most welcome upgrade. I wish I could figure out how to text without having to use the keyboard. I would recommend this phone. It doesn't look like a prepaid phone. The camera works fine and I love the storage capacity especially with mircoSD card. I leave the phone on all day and thus I have to charge it about every two days. I am pleased with this phone thus far. I bought a hard case to protect it and also add a design. Lost the screen protector though but not a phone problem, more of a me problem. Hopefully, it will last and pay for itself. (The $50 airtime bonus helped out bunches!!)"

Its true the bad review that was given is only that this phone battery life is terrible, you have to keep this phone charged constantly or youn at some point will be able to get a bigger battery. If you don't have the patience to learn of what the Droid can do then this is not the phone for you and go to another phone of your choice.. Otherwise THe MOTOROLA DROID IS YOUR BEST BUY HANDS DOWN!!
