"Stepping up from a basic Nokia phone, this was a huge upgrade with features galore including phone, keyboard, larger keypad and screen etc. and much better performance. The sound quality was much better. I got this for $39.99 at Best Buy and it comes with $30 of minutes so for $10 I got a great phone. Net 10 is not a bad provider but they are not the best. E-mails and phone support is overseas and sometimes difficult to get your message across and get an answer unless you are persistent. I had T Mobile and the support was far superior. If you want a nice phone though with a no contact, no committment service, this is one is pretty good."
The cell phone reviews on this model seem alright, but I would investigate further if youre interested in the Samsung 401.
